Send a deletion request

Contactor — HVAC Portal is provided by DECODATION LLC. Email support@decodation.com with the subject Contactor account and data deletion. Provide the email associated with your account and say whether you want the account and associated personal data deleted, or only particular records.

Start deletion request by email

You can also copy the address and subject into your email app. No app reinstall or website login is required. Do not send passwords, full card details, identity documents or unnecessary customer information. Send from the account email where possible. We may verify ownership before acting on a request.

What the request covers

You may request removal or anonymization of your sign-in account and associated profile, supplier contact details, forum contributions, booking information, support messages, equipment/service records and other personal data. Identify any specific record you want reviewed. A business listing or another participant's record can contain information that is not solely yours, so it may need review rather than indiscriminate removal.

The app also provides Profile → Settings → Delete Account for the existing sign-in deletion action. Current limitation: that action alone does not confirm full cleanup of every linked profile, forum, booking or shared-database record. Use this email request for associated-data review as well. A request submitted by email is a request for review and action, not an instant deletion confirmation.

Records and timing

Different records have different retention behavior. We will explain any records retained for necessary legal, payment, security or fraud-prevention purposes and relevant processing information. This page does not claim that a complete automated deletion workflow or a single fixed retention period has been implemented. A final blanket deletion deadline has not been published. Saved chat and local field records on your device can be removed through their controls or by clearing app/device data. A server request does not itself remove exported reports, screenshots, backups controlled by your device, copies shared with others or copies held by independent providers.

Manage a subscription separately

Deleting a Contactor account does not automatically confirm cancellation of store renewal. For App Store purchases, follow Apple subscription cancellation instructions. For Google Play purchases, follow Google Play subscription cancellation instructions. Website purchases have their checkout terms; contact support about a specific transaction. You can request data deletion without buying anything.
